IDOT NEWSFLASH: A Project Labor Agreement has been added to 64B80-091 on the November Letting ________________________________________ ITEM 91 (Contract No. 64B80) Whiteside County Bridge replacement of the structure carrying IL Route 49 over the Rock River In accordance with the requirements of the Governor’s Executive Order #2010-03, this project now contains a Project Labor Agreement. The addition of the PLA will be noted in the Revised Notice of Letting Bulletin.
