IDOT NEWSFLASH: SBI REMOVED FROM ITEM 194. PLA ADDED TO ITEMS 106 AND 186.

Attention All Contractors:

The SBI status (Small Business Initiative) has been removed from Item 194 (Contract 60P08).  This item is now available for bid by all contractors.

A PLA (Project Labor Agreement) has been added to Item 186 (Contract 60999) and to Item (106) Contract 76A91)

IDOT has issued a SPECIAL NOTICE regarding all BID SUBMISSIONS FOR LETTINGS

•      Please refer to paragraph 7 in the proposal referring to the Schedule of Prices when submitting bids.

•      Unit prices bid are to be submitted in U. S. dollars and cents.

•      Fractions of a cent will be rounded down to the next whole number.

 The SBI and PLA changes will be made by addendum.  

All changes made on the June 17 Letting will be reflected in the Revised Notice of Letting Bulletin.
