The original proposal for this contract was produced as a federal aid project. However, this is a state funded contract. The correct proposal will be placed on the web site. It will include the Illinois Department of Labor wage rates. Bidders are cautioned that paragraph K Apprenticeship and Training Certification applies to the contract. Paragraph K MUST be correctly complete and submitted with the bid.
